When TABS was established in 2011 a spokesperson said, "The Department for Transport is looking forward to working with TABS to ensure the delivery of high quality cycle training."

Norman Baker, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Department for Transport (2013), has said “The Department supports the work of TABS and is looking forward to working with them to ensure the continued delivery of high quality cycle training.

What TABS members said about our national training conference 2015: "Very relevant to discuss common goals, problems and look at solutions through the workshops". "Very useful, great opportunity for networking too and checking in with other schemes for top tips." "It felt as if the whole Bikeability movement had come of age!"

Chris Boardman has said, "I welcome the role of TABS in putting pressure on the government to put Bikeability in the national curriculum, as well as the importance of continued funding for Bikeability beyond the term of this current government.”
